2. Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Stripe. For all Managed Dedicated orders Stripe is the Merchant of Record and the order is completed through Link, shown as “Sold through Link” at checkout and on your receipt.

This means your purchase contract for the payment is concluded with Link, LLC, 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, California 94080, United States (EU OSS VAT EU440000220), acting as seller of record. 2REAL supplies and operates the hosting service itself. Link issues your invoice, takes payment, and charges and remits applicable taxes; Link handles payment-related support and refunds. The standardized payment terms shown at checkout apply to the purchase in addition to these terms.

3. What we provide

“Managed Dedicated” is an automated, self-service software product. A game server is provisioned, configured, started and stopped entirely through this website; there is no manual or human-delivered administration involved. Each subscribed server includes a running Assetto Corsa game server on our infrastructure, configurable track and car selection, world and weather settings, and access to the server log.

We store no game files. Servers run from track and car identifiers only; players use content they already own. We do not distribute any third-party game content.

Self-hosting (running a server on your own PC, including our relay) is provided free of charge and is not covered by any payment obligation.

4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

• Managed Dedicated is a subscription. It renews automatically every month until cancelled.
• The number of servers you may run equals the quantity on your subscription. Additional servers can be added at any time and are billed pro rata.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your servers keep running until then.
• Reducing the number of servers takes effect at the next renewal. Delete the servers you no longer need first.
• Active paying members of our Patreon receive managed servers at no extra cost while their membership is active. This is a voluntary benefit and may be changed or withdrawn for the future.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages and failures of upstream infrastructure can cause interruptions. Servers are restarted automatically after a failure.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content and conduct on the servers you rent. Do not use the service to distribute illegal content, to infringe third-party rights, or to attack or overload systems. We may suspend a server that endangers our infrastructure or violates applicable law.

7. Your data when the contract ends

On request we will provide the configuration data you created, free of charge and in a common machine-readable format, in accordance with § 327p BGB. Server instances and their configuration are deleted after the subscription ends.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, including the effect on a service that starts immediately, are set out on our Refunds and Right of Withdrawal page. The right of withdrawal does not apply to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB.

9. Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
