Payments are processed by Stripe. For all Managed Dedicated orders Stripe is the Merchant of Record and the order is completed through Link, shown as “Sold through Link” at checkout and on your receipt.

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving any reason.
Managed Dedicated is a continuing digital service. Under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB the right of withdrawal for a service expires only once the service has been performed in full. A running monthly subscription is never fully performed while it runs, so your 14-day right does not lapse simply because you have started using your server.
If you asked us to start the service immediately, and you then withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for the part already provided:

Renewals: the statutory withdrawal right covers the conclusion of the contract. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the current period ends — cancellation is always possible and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
A withdrawal is effective when clearly declared — no particular form is required. Link refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of the request being approved.

Entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) have no statutory right of withdrawal. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID can enter it during checkout; the purchase is then invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge procedure.
You can cancel at any time from the hosting page on this website, through the billing portal, or at link.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your servers keep running until then.
