Ignite a traffic jam with the click of a button!
The upcoming 2.1 update for 2REAL Traffic Tool has new feature, allowing you to create heavy traffic-jams instantly and anywhere.
Usually on most highway maps, traffic has very different speeds on the different lanes (slow speed in slow lanes, fast speed in fast lanes). While I was trying my best getting traffic more smooth, some of you still requested an option to bring back the ''old-fashioned'' traffic settings.
This is now possible and as easy as it can get. You can simply set a target speed, enable ''fixed speed'' mode, and then all cars will start to brake and then drive more even speed, around your set fixed speed value.
In traffic jam, the cars will not only lower their speed, they will also clamp up closer together creating even more density at lower speeds.
Basically this is a quick solution to overwrite traffic-speed rules, while not needing to overwrite the track specific traffic-settings. Also as you can see above, there is no re-loading involved, if you turn it on, the active cars will automatically brake and adjust their speed, turn it off, cars will accelerate again.
