What this mod does

Adds 3D animated walking pedestrians to NFSmwRCP. Sidewalks, plazas and intersections come alive with people, turning the empty streets of the map into a believable city scene.

This pedestrian mod populates NFSmwRCP with hundreds of 3D animated walking characters — people on sidewalks, in plazas, crossing intersections — so the city feels inhabited rather than empty. Pedestrians are powered by the 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App), which spawns and animates them from the spline data shipped here.

Recommended App features for this map

The mod is data; the App is the engine. For NFSmwRCP, these are the App features that matter most:

How to install

  1. Install 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App) 1.6 or later (drag the App package into Content Manager).
  2. Install the base map: NFSmwRCP.
  3. Place the included pedestrian.json (and traffic.json if you also use the traffic mod) into the track's /data folder (e.g. assettocorsa/content/tracks/NFSmw/...).
  4. Launch Assetto Corsa, load the track in Practice mode, and open the 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App) in-game.
  5. Adjust pedestrian density and behavior live from the in-game phone UI.

Things people ask

Does this mod require the 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App)?

Yes. The traffic and pedestrian behavior is driven by the 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App). The mod ships the spline data; the App spawns and animates the AI at runtime.

Does it work alongside the traffic mod for the same track?

Yes. Traffic and pedestrian mods are separate but compatible — install both into the track's /data folder and they run side by side.

What's the recommended traffic density for NFSmwRCP?

Start with the App's default density and tune from there. On highway-heavy maps, mid-to-high density feels natural; on city maps, lower density with more police presence often feels more realistic. See Traffic Density for the full reference.

Will it run smoothly on my system?

High-density traffic and pedestrians are GPU- and CPU-intensive. If you see frame drops on NFSmwRCP, switch to a lighter performance preset in the App, or lower the density.

How do I update the mod when a new version is released?

New versions usually drop the same JSON files into the same /data folder as the previous version. Replace the existing files and the 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App) will pick up the new spline data on the next launch.
