2REAL — Belt Parkway Pedestrian Mod
- Track
- Belt Parkway
- Location
- NewYork City, USA
- Type
- Race circuit
What this mod does
Adds 3D animated walking pedestrians to Belt Parkway. Sidewalks, plazas and intersections come alive with people, turning the empty streets of the map into a believable city scene.
You're getting a fully animated pedestrian layer for Belt Parkway: walkers, idlers, crossing groups and waiting characters distributed across the map's sidewalks and public spaces. The mod itself is data; the 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App) handles the runtime — animation, density, behavior — once it's installed.
Recommended App features for this map
The 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App) is the engine that powers traffic and pedestrian behavior at runtime. For Belt Parkway, these App features are particularly relevant:
- Animated Pedestrians — the 3D walking characters that this mod spawns across Belt Parkway are driven by this system.
- Walking Mode — step out of the car and walk around — works on Belt Parkway the same way it works in the rest of the world.
- Performance Presets — if you run a busy car build, switch to a lighter preset — important on long open maps like Belt Parkway.

FAQ
Does this mod require the 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App)?
Yes. The traffic and pedestrian behavior is driven by the 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App). The mod ships the spline data; the App spawns and animates the AI at runtime.
Does it work alongside the traffic mod for the same track?
Yes. Traffic and pedestrian mods are separate but compatible — install both into the track's /data folder and they run side by side.
Is this Patreon-exclusive or free?
Most 2REAL mods are tied to a tier on Patreon — the download button on this page checks your access automatically once you log in. Some mods are free; the button will reflect what tier (if any) is required.
Does this work in multiplayer?
Traffic and pedestrian behavior is a client-side overlay — other players need the same mod and 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App) version to see the same AI. For dedicated server setups, see Online Mode for compatibility notes.
Where do I get help if installation fails?
Join the 2REAL Discord — most install issues are resolved there in minutes. The install guide also covers the full setup from a clean Content Manager.
