When you update CSP or change the version, it can happen that traffic planner needs to be activated again (for me the whole traffic-tool folder got reset, so i had to reinstall 25 car pack again). Just wanted to let you know before you are wondering... To reactivate, just reinstall the 25 car pack on the latest csp version if you have any problems. No need for extra steps from there :) Greets
