INSTALL:
Put both the surface.ini and traffic.json in each of the tracks /data folders.
(for ex.: assettocorsa/content/tracks/hamburg_by_4r_1.3/hhsuburbs/data)
Then start the game and use 2REAL App to spawn traffic cars.
