Release notes for the 2REAL NFS: Underground 2 Map Pedestrian Mod — drop-in animated walking-pedestrian data for Assetto Corsa singleplayer, scripted with the 2REAL Traffic Tool (2REAL App).
This mod adds pedestrians to the entire Need for Speed: Underground 2 map in Assetto Corsa.

I have added Pedestrians to the entire NFS Underground 2 map in Assetto Corsa. Pedestrians will also walk on crosswalks and react to the player by walking or jumping away if driving near to them.
Btw, Pedestrian mods work online too ;)
Copy the downloaded pedestrian.json file into the tracks/data folders of the nfsu2 map. That's it. Only works with TrafficTool (2real App) installed.
