We are experimenting with a carlist generator on our website 2real.ac/carlists
This should make the process of adding new cars a lot more easy, otherwise just try the old manual method below. Works for 2REAL APP 1.3 and above.
To add cars with the carlist generator on our website, just drag the cars (from assettocorsa/content/cars) in the window and hit ''generate carlist''. The carlist file can then be renamed and added into the carlist folder:
-> assettocorsa\apps\lua\TrafficTool\src\carpresets
Then you should be able to pick your calist in the 2real app carlist picker. There might be some issues and maybe not all cars will work with this right now, please let us now your problems and suggestions in our Discord!

(old manual method) for 2REAL APP 1.3+
When you want to add your own Traffic cars to Traffic planner tool copy the cars you want from assettocorsa\content\cars
in
assettocorsa\apps\lua\TrafficTool\data
Delete all files from the copied cars folders exept collider.kn5 , carname.kn5 and carname_lob_d.kn5
Now go to
assettocorsa\apps\lua\TrafficTool\src\carpresets
Copy & paste any car entry somewhere between the already existing car entrys and change in the code the cars folder (assettocorsa\extension\lua\tools\csp-traffic-tool\data\carfolder) and file names (Carname.kn5/Carname_lod_d.kn5/collider.kn5) repeat this for every car you put in data folder. example in picture with BMW M5. You only have to edit main,lod & collider.
when the code is done right you should be able to see new car in your Simulation, some cars have wrong height and if you know how to fix that let me know. You can do it like this or you can just download my prepared Car list with 25 traffic cars prepared for simulation :)
